First Review! Black Head Ex Nose Clay Mask

So this will be my first review! Yay! Today I will be reviewing the Black Head Ex Nose Clay Mask from The Face Shop. This is a peel off type mask that functions similarly to the Biore Pore Strips. I like this more than the strips because you can put it on other areas of your face besides the nose, and it is so much more effective on the sides of your nose. It comes in a small tube that is about the size of a travel size lotion (a bit bigger actually).



Basically, you just wash your face, and put this on thickly on the areas you want it to go. If you don't put a thick layer it will not work. It does take a long time to dry and you can feel it dry... I'd say 15 minutes minimum. Afterwards, just peel it off and you can see the gunk it picks up on the strip itself.

I LOVE this item. I would definitely re-buy when I run out, and the bottle can last you at least a couple of months if you use it on a weekly basis. For about $5 on eBay, you really can't go wrong with the price. This item definitely deserves the seal of approval.

First post: A bit about me

Hi there! this is my 1024325th time starting a blog, but hopefully this one will work out... better than so many of my previous ones. The purpose of this blog is to write about all the items I've tried on my quest to find my HG (Holy Grail) items. These can be skincare, cosmetics, or just anything I love. Even video games, movies... anything! If it deserves the coveted HG title, I'll be sure to note it. If not, consider it a warning... or in my case, a lesson learned.

What are Holy Grails?

There isn't an "official" definition, but a HG item is something that just works with you. You would find yourself re buying this item when you run out and you can't seem to live without it. Currently only a very few of my items are HG status. But hopefully that will change soon

Are Holy Grails only "High End" items?

No! A Holy Grail item doesn't have to be from the department store, nor does it have to be well known. But it just happens that a lot of HG items are well-known, because well, they work!

As you can see, I am oily skin type, meaning I tend to have blackheads and acne, and my skin turns shiny in just mere hours. It's extremely hard for me to find something that works for my skin without either making me shiny or making me break out, or worse yet, BOTH. Hopefully things get better from here on! Quest~ START~!
